Mike Hall
Mike holds a doctorate in Chinese Energetic Medicine, with close to thirty years of training behind it. He helps people work through physical, energetic, and spiritual challenges, while also guiding those who feel called to develop their own awareness through the inner arts.
Lidia Aliosa
Lidia is certified in Integral Sound Healing and Biosonic Repatterning, and draws on the Shipibo and Q'ero traditions of Peru. Her sessions are trauma-informed, creating the conditions for the body to settle and rest.
Yolo Hiner
Yolo is a Psychic Medium, Spiritual Alchemist and Reiki Master. She connects people to Spirit for closure, clarity, guidance and love, and offers spiritual healing and coaching.

You've worn the uniform, and we don't take that lightly. We see what it can ask of a body and a mind: pain that lingers, sleep that won't come, and the weight some carry that doesn't have an easy name. There's a quiet place here to set some of it down, ease the body, and let the mind rest. We've set aside a special rate for service members, veterans, and their families.

Do I need to know anything to start?
Not a thing. Come as you are. The staff will show you how everything works and help you pick what fits. You don't have to have it figured out.
Can I just try one thing?
Yes. Book a single session or a day pass and try what you like, no membership needed.
What's a first visit like?
Easy. You check in, someone shows you around, and you settle into whatever you came for. Most people start with a day pass or a Discovery Day, where we walk you through the center and a few of the therapies.
Can I use these therapies with a health condition?
The therapies here are gentle and the staff walks you through each one. If you have a health condition or you're under a doctor's care, just mention it when you arrive, and we work alongside your care, not in place of it, and we'll help you choose what makes sense.
What does it cost?
Day passes start at $49, and a Discovery Day is $99, which credits toward your first month if you join that day. Monthly memberships and the full list are on the Passes page.
